Investors are showing interest in projects not only in Prague but also in regional cities such as Brno and Plzeň. The amount invested and the percentage share of the total was the highest in the Czech Republic last year compared to other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. In the EMEA region, investments in the "living" sector accounted for 22% of the total invested volume last year.
